We will be happy to offer a replacement or refund in accordance with our Terms & Conditions.
The following items are non-returnable due to their nature or usage risks:
a. Perishable Items
Products such as fruits, vegetables, grains, pulses, flours, and other food items with limited shelf life cannot be returned once delivered.
b. Opened or Used Products
Items that have been opened, used, spoiled, tampered with, or are not in their original condition & packaging are not eligible for return or exchange.
c. Customized Orders
Made-to-order or personalized products cannot be returned unless they are defective or damaged.
d. Health and Safety Risks
Items like herbal powders, natural supplements, oils, or consumables are strictly non-returnable once opened, due to health and safety concerns.
e. Products Damaged After Delivery
We do not accept returns for items damaged after delivery due to mishandling or improper storage by the customer.
We understand that plans may change. At Trueway Farms, we strive to accommodate your requests while maintaining operational efficiency.
1. Cancellation Window
Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placement. Due to fast dispatch processes, cancellations after 2 hours charges will apply as per post Cancelation policy.
2. Refund for Cancellations
If cancelled within 2 hours, the full amount will be refunded. Refund timelines vary by payment gateway or bank.
3. Post-Dispatch Cancellations
If the order is cancelled after dispatch, a deduction for two-way delivery charges will apply, and the remaining balance will be refunded.
Once an order is delivered, Trueway Farms does not accept return or refund requests. However, we are happy to assist you in the following cases:
