3. Non-Returnable Goods

The following items are non-returnable due to their nature or usage risks:

a. Perishable Items
Products such as fruits, vegetables, grains, pulses, flours, and other food items with limited shelf life cannot be returned once delivered.

b. Opened or Used Products
Items that have been opened, used, spoiled, tampered with, or are not in their original condition & packaging are not eligible for return or exchange.

c. Customized Orders
Made-to-order or personalized products cannot be returned unless they are defective or damaged.

d. Health and Safety Risks
Items like herbal powders, natural supplements, oils, or consumables are strictly non-returnable once opened, due to health and safety concerns.

e. Products Damaged After Delivery
We do not accept returns for items damaged after delivery due to mishandling or improper storage by the customer.

Cancellations & Refunds

We understand that plans may change. At Trueway Farms, we strive to accommodate your requests while maintaining operational efficiency.

How to Cancel Your Order

1. Cancellation Window
Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placement. Due to fast dispatch processes, cancellations after 2 hours charges will apply as per post Cancelation policy.

2. Refund for Cancellations
If cancelled within 2 hours, the full amount will be refunded. Refund timelines vary by payment gateway or bank.

3. Post-Dispatch Cancellations
If the order is cancelled after dispatch, a deduction for two-way delivery charges will apply, and the remaining balance will be refunded.

Replacement Policy

Once an order is delivered, Trueway Farms does not accept return or refund requests. However, we are happy to assist you in the following cases:

Eligible Conditions for Replacement:

  • The product is damaged or defective
  • The wrong product was delivered
  • A product is missing from the package
  • The package is lost in transit or undelivered due to our error

We will be happy to re-send or replace the product(s) promptly and work with you to find an amicable and fair solution.

Steps to Request a Replacement

Please email info@truewayfarms.com within 48 hours of delivery, and include:

  • Order Number
  • Image of the Invoice
  • One clear image of the outer box/package
  • Two clear images of the damaged or affected product (if applicable)
  • Unboxing video clearly showing the issue from the moment the package is opened

After verification and investigation by our team, a replacement will be initiated within 7 to 10 days.

Important Notes

  • In case of multiple-item shipments, only the affected product will be eligible for replacement.
  • Missing product claims must be supported by a clear unboxing video taken from the moment of opening.
