4. Delivery Delays

6. Undeliverable Packages
If a package is marked as undeliverable due to incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, it may be returned to us. Additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.

7. Damaged or Lost Packages
If your package arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photo proof and order details at info@truewayfarms.com. Please do not accept a package that appears tampered with or damaged. Report the issue to our support team immediately with photos and order details.

Once an order is placed, it is automatically processed.

After payment confirmation from the bank, orders are packed and shipped within 48 hours.

Once shipped, tracking details will be sent via email and SMS to your registered contact information.

Any complaints regarding damaged or replacement products must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery.
